High five guys!
One of my newer clients is a 72 year old woman who has been experiencing hip pain for months that shoots down her entire leg. She has also had trouble for years, catching her breath even after moderate activity. She came to me about 3 weeks ago and has had only 5 workouts on the Power Plate. She is so amazed at her increased mobility and range of motion that she went out and bought her very own Power Plate machine to use at her home!!

I’m one of Sarah’s clients. I have been going 2 or 3 times a week for almost 2 months. The change to my physique is ABSOLUTELY apparent, and the effect on my core strength is palpable in all regards. I am a paddler and motorcyclist, and this summer was the best yet due primarily to Sarah’s hard work, diverse workout, and positive energy.
This winter I’m going to be READY for snowboarding season!

I’ve actually been to Flex Rx. Wow, what a work out, and Sarah really know’s how to make you feel comfortable if you’re not really into working out (read, I am outta shape).

I’ve been to Sarah’s studio and purchased a package of 10 sessions.
I’ve played sports my whole life, and consider myself fairly athletic, but I’m not ashamed to say that she made me break a sweat and had me counting down the seconds during several exercises.
