The Toronto Blue Jays train on Power Plate, and so does…
Dustin Pedroia, Major League Baseball’s 2008 most valuable player (MVP) of the Boston Red Sox uses Power Plate to improve strength, stability, and endurance.
“Using the Power Plate has really improved my overall strength and conditioning. I use it to help stretch and get loose before games so I can make use of my maximum reach,” Morneau says. “I’ve found that it has significantly helped my core balance and stability, which is critical for my batting, and it was a big part of back rehab in the off-season.”
Pedroia adds, “I do a lot of stretching on [the Power Plate], and it’s terrific for improving core strength. The Power Plate keeps my core in great shape so I can keep my body balanced, hit well, and play solid defense so our team can do well.”
