Wock on!

I really believe that it is important to give back and to support causes that you believe in. It is the small acts of kindness that make the world a better place.
Tomorrow is my 18th consecutive year walking for MS.
Did you know …
Canadians have one of the highest rates of multiple sclerosis in the world
It is most often diagnosed in young adults, aged 15 to 40
MS is the most common neurological disease affecting young adults in Canada
Every day, three more people in Canada are diagnosed with MS
Women are more than three times as likely to develop MS as men
MS can cause loss of balance, impaired speech, extreme fatigue, double vision and paralysis
The causes of MS are not known
There is no cure
While this is a cause that is close to my heart, do what you can to support the cause closest to yours…
UPDATE:
This is my niece Olivia (aka Miss O) at the walk. The little monster even made it into the Oakville Beaver newspaper!!
